1. Raw vegetables. This is just a matter of habit. It can be hard in the beginning to eat colorful bunch of raw vegetables daily but if you persist you will get used to it and enjoy it. Eating them with a home-made dip might make the process easier. For example, add dried basil to canned crushed tomatoes and you will have a quick dip for your vegetables.
2. Replace the white flour products with their whole grain alternatives - replace white bread with whole wheat bread, for example. Make sure to read the label. Brown color doesn't mean it is a whole wheat product.
